Hello Team

Here we are into February now and there is no doubt it has been one of the more interesting months. Crazy world. Lots and lots to do, with lots going on as well.

Of course the running is getting harder, though I am quite confident. That I will complete the marathon without killing myself but sometimes I really do wonder especially with the recent injury problems I have had due to my own stupidity really. I don't stretch enough and took too long to spend the money on those new shoes. Keep me in your prayers.

It is wonderful to be here in the new year and looking forward to everything that is coming up on Branch FM. I should have an interview with Delirious coming up in the back end of February again which is something I am quite excited about!
